Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Be in its original packaging
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and some health/personal care items
Partial Refunds

- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless our error)
- Returns made after 30 days of delivery
Refunds

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was a gift sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns

- You are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items.
